Shipping Policy

Wait… You Ship Cookies?!

Yes, we do! And that's not all...

 

Because sweet joy shouldn’t be confined to our neighborhood. Whether you’re craving chewy cookies at midnight, pasta that tastes like Nonna made it, or baking mixes that make you look like a kitchen wizard — we’ll get the goods from our oven to your doorstep, safe and sound. Now, before your doughy delights take off on their grand journey, take a quick peek at the fine crumbs below. (It’s like fine print, but more delicious.)

What We Ship

Cookies - Each cookie will ship frozen and individually heat sealed to maintain freshness. Depending on your shipping location, there may or may not be freezer packs or dry ice to keep them frozen. Simply bring to room temperature before enjoying. 

Pasta - Handmade and dehydrated. 

Baking Mixes - We currently only offer a sourdough baking mix but will soon offer cake and cookie mixes. 

Processing Times
 

- Standard processing time is 1-3 business days. 

- We ONLY ship cookie orders out on Monday (or the next business day if post offices are closed). This is due to the lack of postal movement during the weekends for USPS. We don't want your cookies sitting in a hot warehouse somewhere for 48 hours, regardless of if there are cooling elements within the shipping box.

- We recommend placing your cookie orders on Wednesday or Thursday the week before you want them.  

- We use UPS 2nd Day Air for all packages shipped within the continental United States. This ensures if packages are shipping on Monday, you get them by Wednesday. 

Example:

If you place your order on a Tuesday, it will ship out the following Monday.

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

- During high demand seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended slightly. We'll notify you via email if there are any projected delays.

Shipping Rates

- We charge a flat rate $25 shipping fee for all shipping products. 

- You MUST add the "Shipping Fee" to your cart if you are wanting your items ship. There is no way for me to add shipping directly to the website yet. 

- Include your shipping address in the notes of your order. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so that you can monitor your delivery every step of the way. Please note, we are not responsible for natural disasters that may delay your shipping. 

Damaged or Lost Packages

We do our best to pack your items carefully, but if your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit:

- Please send us an email at lebelletorte@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

- Include photos of any damage, if possible.

We're happy to work with you on a replacement or refund as needed.
